Important Information Regarding COVID-19
In recognition of ongoing news reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, we realize our patients have questions. As dedicated health care professionals, we want you to know that we remain as diligent as ever in protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our practice strictly adheres to and exceeds the standards for infection control by wearing personal protective gear, using safe disinfectants, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, hospital grade air filters and more. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we are monitoring this situation very closely, and we will keep you updated regularly.
At this time, we are pleased to announce that we are back in the office seeing scheduled patients. Our daily protocol has changed to keep our patients, staff and doctors safe. You will receive a text one hour before your appointment with a link to a wellness survey. Please complete and submit. Don’t worry if you do not receive it or can’t accept it on your phone, it can be filled out on paper when you get to our office. When you arrive for an appointment please wait in your parked car and call our office so we can let you know we are ready for you. This way we avoid patients congregating in the waiting room and we can promote social distancing. It also allows us to completely disinfect the treatment room before your appointment.
